  • For all art, there are absolutely no refunds. If a piece arrives damaged, you have one week to email me and let me know. - I will send a replacement!

    With all original art, once the piece returns and I have assessed the damage, I will repair it or issue a full refund (this case may be extremely rare.)

    Due to the difficulty of returns for art, all art, small or large, must be considered only for serious collectors.

  • We will only do an exchange for wrong sizes. Once the piece returns, I will send out the exchange.

    If clothing comes damaged, depending on the assessment, I will issue a 20% refund or send you a completely new one.

    For hand-painted clothing: please read the return policy for art.

  • If you have an inquiry on a specific piece, please contact me in the contact section with a screen shot/description of the art you are looking for and I can help you there.

  • Once subscribed through “The Kaleidoscope” tab, click on the top corner “Login” to access the special drop down menu with various members-only content!

    After successfully subscribing, you can click “Login” from then onwards to access The Kaleidoscope. Once successfully logged in, the “Login” should change to “Account”.

    Free shipping and items are available only through The Kaleidoscope shop, and not available through the main ones.
