Lots going on…
Hi, peeps.
Lots going on….with the world, and with myself.
First off, in case no one knew this…I am just a wanderer…I have always been. Never been in a clique, never had the same “type” of friends…and it’s always been a fact I knew about myself. But recently, I actually accepted this fact. This is my life, and this is who I am…and being able to not conform to a certain thing has always been my strength and protection. And has allowed me to always crtically think with a beautiful hint of empathy and understanding.
That being said…The world leaders nowadays lack exactly that. As long as they have the money and position….that’s all they need. And it’s amazing, especially in my country, how much people lack critical thinking…and how horrible it is especially for those who actually had the privilege of attending school to buy the orange’s B.S. and actually VOTE for him…and now it’s a real reality that voting won’t even matter in the future here, because y’all voted to not be heard. Sounds so fucking stupid, doesn’t it?
They voted for him…and he gave his power to someone else who isn’t even allowed to be a leader here. I cannot believe it. (Not to mention, for someone who believes “Italians should be Italy…Japanese people should be Japan”….the fuck are you doing in OUR country? In MY country????)
They are banking on this…they are banking on this chaos and fear. And do not let them get to you. For those of us who are still okay, we cannot let this fear and chaos bound us.
Please remember to take care of your communities and those communities in need at this time. Anyone the goverment is protecting is literally their own ass and their race (which shouldn’t even be a thing in a country as diverse and who relies on diversity to run all the communities of the U.S., but here we are).
If there is not much you can do on your end, please please PLEASE….just be aware. Be aware of what’s going on until there is something you can do. Do NOT be complacent!! It is not the time to be complacent!!!
Do good in your communites. Whether it be giving aid through activism, helping someone get some food or information/resources in communities, through donations, or even if you have a few dollars to spend at your local independent businesses. Smile at your neighbors, wish them the best. It’s especially through these actions that we can really tell who is for us…
Remember, there is always something you can do. There is always something. Even if you feel you don’t know what to do now, it’s ok!! Make sure to educate yourselves.
I’m sending everyone all the love and healing. We got this. We got each other. Don’t forget that, and don’t cripple in the fear.
